Can we still mend and align what was once broken? Shall it pose a brief or long process? How long will it take to mend a broken nation like Israel or me or you in terms of disrupted divine call (Romans 11:7)?

Alignment is to change the position or direction of (something) slightly usually in relation to something else or to reorganize or make new grouping of. Align on the other hand ,means to arrange things so that they form in proper position (Webster).

And I am more familiar with car’s wheel alignment and am quite very, very sure that a car wheel when if it not properly balanced could end up to a fatal crash which is detrimental to human lives and property.

So when Chuck Pierce, the Texas Christian speaker said that Philippines will set nation on alignment” and “Arise in new authority’ together; and climate will align with the Lord; The decrees will even shakes the government; And fall according to the word of the Lord; The Word will shake the atmosphere,” I was stunned.

It stunned me because as if Pierce is saying that the Philippines is the epicentre of the whole world thus dislodging Israel as God’s chosen, special and peculiar people (Deut. 14:2). Israel is in fact, God’s apple of His eye (Deut. 32:10; Psalm 17:8; Lamentation 2:18; Zech. 2:8).

Can you or me align things, people, nation, events, times or seasons in the entire universe? Impossible!

Is it not Jesus Christ said, “This is how you pray, Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven?” It is not an alignment or re-alignment. That is when you align the will of God on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Signs of Times

One of the most vivid book that depicts the signs of end times is in Matthew 24 but the events be past, present and future are not written according to its chronological order. The reader needed to rearrange them should he wants to unfold its mysteries.

But let me explain why Chuck Pierce said the following according to my own understanding, The Scriptures says in :

Matthew 24:32  “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:  33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” Thus Christ confirming the integrity of His words saying in Matthew 24:35  “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. “

Pierce prophesies

So Chuck Pierce’s prophesies on the first day of 29th National Prayer Gathering (NPG) to over 9,000 people in Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City, on March 27, 2108 goes like this:

Faith moves you in times and place. …

You will be moving the threshold of the past to the future…

You’re moving into church season into kingdom season …

Philippines will set nations on alignment - a call of

intercession in this year.

The world is now looking to the Philippines..

Philippines has the dominion of the airways

You are ready to unlock thingsYou will go through the gate and the future.

Gate is the place of authority. Gate is the place of identity …

Your voice must be greater than your enemy..

This year is about gates, doors, angels, wealth and

war… Philippines’ call is to CONTEND. “

The Philippines will separate the head of Leviathan.” …SHAMAR PROPHET MANTLE for Indochina – Intercession, Watchman, Prophet…You are putting a new mantle for the future. You are not just having intercession, but moving into prophetic realm, becoming a prophetic people- capable of hearing capable of declaring, capable of declaring a manifestation of the future.

In the next 3 years, after that, you will establish a harvest realm which never seen in Indochina before. When you put your hand on somebody...a new song, pulled down new song with and causing the atmosphere to shake and to make a cycle in the future

Arise in new authority’ together; and climate will align with the Lord; The decrees will even shakes the government; And fall according to the word of the Lord; The Word will shake the atmosphere.”

Islas de Lazarus

The Philippines is originally called Islas de Lazarus” according to Filipino historian Zaide and later named after King Philip II of Spain and under Philip, the evangelist. In other words, our nation have been named after Christ Jesus’ friend, Lazarus whom He called for resurrection from the dead.

The tiny dot

When the UN official seal, which depicts the world, was being selected, a certain small Asian man looked it over and demanded, “Where is the island (s)?” US Senator Warren Austin who headed the committee said, “It’s too small to include,” then he explained,. “If we put in the island (s), it would be no more than a dot.” The petite Asian man insisted “I want that dot!” .

That small Asian man is no less than Carlos Pena Romulo from Camiling, Tarlac who served as the President of the Fourth Session of United Nations

General Assembly from 1949 to 1950—the first Asian to hold the position — and served as president of the United Nations Security Council four times, in 1981, in 1980 and twice in 1957.

Today if you would look to the global map you will find a tiny dot between the Pacific Ocean and the South China Sea. That small dot is Philippines and these petite small islands symbolize strategic military location that gains global prominence in the international law and world’s security.

That is the main reason many world leaders in the likes of United States, China, Japan and Australia maintain their strong bilateral relationships with us to maintain their military presence in the South China Sea and the Pacific.

Any military strategist should know this that geography plays a vital role in national security be in Golan Heights or the Arabian Gulf. Joshua and David are not merely leaders, they were military strategists too.

(picture2)

Philippines is that tiny dot that demands from a superpower US her presence in the international waters and aerospace as well her dominance in the legislation of international law.

That is why most probably Pierce said, “”The world is now looking to the Philippines.. Philippines has the dominion of the airways.”

This is how the tiny dot looks like in the global map today. Look at the Philippines between South China China and Pacific.

(picture3)

Nation on alignment

The thing is how true Chuck Pierce’s words are when he said this: “Philippines will set nation on alignment” and “Arise in new authority’ together; and climate will align with the Lord; The decrees will even shakes the government; And fall according to the word of the Lord; The Word will shake the atmosphere.”

(picture4)

I could have mistakenly heard it when Pierce said “nation.” But perhaps he also said, “nations.” How could this tiny dot align nation? Is he referring to the nation of the Philippines or other nation if not nations?

Diaspora, God’s chosen people

Israel, located on a plateau in the Judean Mountains between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea, is one of the oldest cities in the world. It is considered holy to the three major Abrahamic religionsJudaism, Christianity and Islam. Israelis and Palestinians both claim Jerusalem as their capital, as Israel maintains its primary governmental institutions there and the State of Palestine ultimately foresees it as its seat of power; however, neither claim is widely recognized internationally.

During its long history, Jerusalem has been destroyed at least twice, besieged 23 times, attacked 52 times, and captured and recaptured 44 times according to Eric H. Clime (2008).

From that time on, Israel again and again became “diaspora,” which means “scattering” or “a people without nation” and they were being dispersed on the four corners of world. This fulfiled Christ prophesy in Matthew 24:2 when He said, “See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. “ But at the same time, God has not yet closed His door to the fulfilment of His covenant to the patriarchs – Abraham, Jacob and Isaac. God still has to re-gather them (Hebrew “alia’). And Christ will redeem her and restore her former glory.

By the time Jerusalem was flattened in 70 A.D. during the 1 Romans-Israel War, Israel never rose up again. It later served the Islamic Turks during the Ottoman Empire until it became under Balfour Declaration of England in 1917 through a Royal Decree that the scattered Jewish people all over the earth can return back to the Land of Philistine. But the Jews have no official state or nation yet of their own.

For over 2,000 years, Israel has never returned to their homeless to recover their lost identity and nation. Not until the time has come... Philippines gave birth to Israel!

The vote in UN

In 1947, the Philippines was one of the 33 countries and the only Asian country who voted for the UN Resolution 181 referring to the partition of Palestine and the creation of the State of Israel.”

And this fulfilled Isaiah prophesy in Isaiah 66:8 and the account of tax collector that a fig tree will again bring forth it bud (Matthew 24:32) and and the season is right at the door (Matthew 24:33).

(picture5)

The fig tree blossomed

When Philippines did cast her vote in favour of Israel, thus breaking the tie, the once cursed fig tree brought forth its bud again (Mark 11:21).

Fig is the first tree or plant that bringeth forth is bud during the winter time when all the greeneries turned withered. Budding speaks of resurrection.

The resurrection of Israel as once a dead nation fulfils our Lord Jesus Christ when he said this words: Matthew 24:32, “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:  33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” Matthew 24:35  “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. “

(picture6)

A nation was born

Or shall a nation be born at once,” says prophet Isaiah (66:8)?

The word “born” in Hebrew “yalad” means “to bear, to bring forth, beget, gender, travail, to bring forth a child in distress, to show a lineage, to labour, to act in the office of a midwife, pedigree.”

In November, 1947 Carlos P. Romulo did cast his vote representing the nation of the Philippines and gave his “Yes” vote for the creation of Israel in the land of Philistine. This was the most remarkable event ever took place in the planet earth since Christ’s Ascencion after the Destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. that laid the sacred city in ruins as chronicled by a Jewish historian Josephus.

(picture7)

It takes one small man named Romulo from a very small dot-like country, who stands barely 4.3 feet tall to bring this forsaken nation into alignment of God’s Prophetic Word.

(picture8)

Israel, Timepiece of the universe

When Philippines voted for Israel in 1947, “Zammm” it looks like we as a nation placed again Israel to the entire universe as God’s apple of His eyes to fulfil the long awaited delay of total redemption of mankind and the entire universe (Romans 8:19-22). Undoubtedly, Israel is God’s timepiece in the entire universe.

(picture9)

This time there will be no more delay because the divine times of seasons begun biffing again. The once still God’s time piece started moving again. And Philippines opened the gate of the past to our present time heading to the future. We now link and align the past to the future. Philippines did unlock time as if the once darkened universe took glimpse of the final beacon to fulfil Israel destiny.

(picture10)

The portal and the key

The key of the portal (opening) of the past to bring the future depend on the people who believes today (present). “Without faith it is very impossible to please Him” (Hebrews 11:6).

Though Jesus Christ claimed He has the “keys” (Rev. 1:18), He also proclaimed that the Church of Philadelphia has been given the “key of David” that whatever she opens no one can shut, and whatever she shuts, no one can open (Rev. 3:7).

Only a Church who is built upon the chief cornerstone has the “key of kingdom of heaven” and has the divine mandate of God’s legislation (Matthew 16:18-19). Only through divine legislation or decree is the key to make things happen for something that does not exist in this world today. That is what we call Prophetic Declaration (as it is written from the Word of God). Slamming the doors or heavens and earth can only be done through prophetic declaration according to the Spirit of God. As it is written, “The kingdom of God suffers violence and violent men take it by force,” (Matt. 11:12). We need warriors-intercessors not debaters or philosophers to confound the great and the mighty (1 Cor. 1:20-31)

Israel is being re-aligned

When Philippines decreed her vote to Israel, this once forsaken nation was born again. Of all nations in the world, why would God choose the Philippines to break a tie? Why from Asian nation?

That put Israel, God’s jewel to be realigned to God’s divine plan at the right time in at right place.

Without Israel’s rebirth, Christ cannot come to fulfil His covenant to Abraham and for the coming of the Great Tribulation as yet another door or another season and for another door which is the Millennium. And Philippines has opened that door.

Technically, Philippines through Carlos P. Romulo in the November, 1947 UN General Assembly, Philippines unlocks the key of past, present and future.

Israel is the whole universe’s time clock. Without Israel, prophesies will not fall one by one according to God’s Design and Plan. Remember that Christ is Jewish Himself We became one with Him through Abrahamic faith (Genesis 17:9; Romans 4:16; Romans 11; Galatians 3:29).

The key holder?

As if it is the Philippine Church by the virtue of the mercy and grace of God who have called us to be the authorized guardian of the keys of the portals of heaven and can lock or unlocks seasons and times? Are we the key holder?

That is why Pierce said, “You must move from the church season to Kingdom season” because this present world is not our final destiny. This prophetic utterance was confirmed later by Neville Johnson.

Many Christians today (pastors included) find the church age as their comfort zone. While the church has the keys of the gates of hell does not guarantee eternity. Only those who have the Kingdom-principle can move to another time – the future. The future of this earth has still two more dispensations left – tribulation and millennium. Then comes the time-eternity called “olam” in Hebrew.

That is why Pierce said these words: “You are ready to unlock things … You will go through the gate and the future. Gate is the place of authority. Gate is the place of identity Your voice must be greater than your enemy.. This year is about gates, doors, angels, wealth and war… Philippines’ call is to CONTEND.

If Philippines legislated Israel to become a nation again in UN, New York in 1947, then can we FILIPINO CHURCH has the rights as well to contend the destiny of our nation just like the territorial invasion of our islets, shoals and reefs at the West Philippine Sea? Can we legislate the fate of other nations as well?

(picture11)

22 Middle East Nations

In 2015, God through prophet Sadhu Selvaraj instructed Bishop Daniel A. Balais to spearhead the intercessory movement to the 22 nations in the Middle East and her neighbouring countries in preparation for the End Times and the Coming of the Lord.

Despite of limited financial budget, hostile environment, ad strict visa approval, the team of Intercessors for the Philippines (IFP) now also named as “Intercessors FROM the Philippines” was able to plant and mobilize local intercessors in the 22 countries which includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Yemen, Oman, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Ethiopia, and others.

Right after the completion of divine assignment on 22 Middle East Nations, it is very surprising that ISIS finally left their stronghold in Mosul which is the ancient Nineveh in Iraq and lost their dominance in the Middle East. And what happened next? The ISIS-inspired Maute Group invaded Marawi in Mindanao while we were still there in Mt. Sinai, Egypt on May 26, 2017. What are these events saying?

(picture12)

Why a tiny man like Dan Balais who stands 5’4 like Carlos P. Romulo could do that? How Philippines or a Filipino, a mere tiny dot can do that, why not the rich or big nations? Because in God, nothing is impossible.

(picture13)

Israel-Philippines Friendship Day

It is hard to believe that a Christian who is a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and yet not very supportive to the nation of Israel politically speaking. Why? Because whether we like it or not Jesus in the flesh is Jewish. And anyone who blesses Israel shall be blessed as a promise of God to those who throw their allegiance to this tiny nation.

(picture14)

I witnessed the unfolding of half-km long, 2.2 tons Philippines-Israel Flag along the grassy lot Luneta Park fronting the Quirino Grandstand where Christians celebrated the Israel Philippine Friendship Day on April 18, 2018 which was attended by IFP Chairman Dan Balais, the Israeli Ambassador Effie Ben Matityau and Philippine DFA Asst. Secretary Quintana. Media people Kata Inocencio and Tinsay were one among those who emceed the event and around 2,000-3,000 attended as they witnessed Philippines’ strong spiritual and historical ties to Israel.

Why I was there? Just a simple reason. I am making a “prophetic gesture” for myself personally, to my family, to our Church in CLSF and for the nation to be a marker of the end times.

Why God instructed the people of God in various prophetic moves or gestures?

Why God asked Moses to prepare a Passover Lamb and a Passover Meal, it is not a prophetic gesture? God instructed Moses to grave 12 stones (Exodus 28:21). The same things goes with Joshua and Elijah (Joshua 4:20; 1 Kings 18:31). Was it not surrounding Jericho for 7 days a prophetic move (Heb. 11:30)? Why God instructed a prophetic move to Ezekiel to dig the ground, what for (Ezek. 8:8)? Why Christ cursed the fig tree, is it a prophetic act (Mark 11:20)? Why do we commemorate the Lord’s Supper, is it not a prophetic act of His Second Coming? Why are we preaching the coming of the Kingdom? Is not prophetic? Many Christians criticize the prophetic move yet they are preaching and doing it anyway.

In the same way, the unfolding of a giant flag by the Christians at Luneta Park recently is a prophetic act that is very symbolic and perhaps a decree for the things to come. The question is, are you there?

This commemorates the close bilateral ties of both countries which is still ongoing strong this coming 70 years. 70 years?

70 years

By May 14, 2018, Israel will be celebrating her 70th Year Birthday by the time she was born by a dot-sized country Philippines on 1947. What does it suggests?

Moses brought with him seventy souls “to come up unto the Lord” (Exodus 24:1, 9). After 70 years when the Lord visited (judged) Tyre due to her fornication (Isaiah 23:17). Israel was in bondage for 70 years in Babylon then God punished the king of that country (Jer. 25:11-12; Daniel 9:2). It was after 70 years when God allowed Israel to return to their homeland as He prophesied (Jeremiah 29:10). There are 7 Spirits of God in Isaiah 11:2.

Forgiveness must be given 70 times (Matt. 18:22). Jesus besides the early apostles appointed another 70 (Luke 10:1).

Seventy (weeks) talked about the finale of Israel’s transgression in Daniel 9:24. Seventy in Hebrew “shib’iym” speaks of cardinal number. Seventy in Greek “”hebdomekonta” refers to “ordinal or primary number.”

70 speak of perfection, maturity, completeness and rest. God rested on the 7th day (Gen. 2:1-2) and made it holy. When there is rest, a new beginning shall come. We call that another “time” or “period” or “season.”

Question?

What will happen next or what will be the succeeding season should Israel will celebrate her 70th Year this May 14, 2018 from the time she declared her official independence on May 14, 1948?

Shall it begin with another season –
the Tribulation?

Where will the Church go? Is it not the Church is only a time or dispensation? Will this start of a new season – great persecution on the way to Millennial Kingdom ? Then watch and pray!

NOTES:

Israel History

In 538 BCE the Persian King Cyrus the Great invited the Jews of Babylon to return to Judah to rebuild the Temple, Construction of the Second Temple was completed in 516 BCE, during the reign of Darius the Great, 70 years after the destruction of the First Temple according ot Michael Zank (2007).

Herodian dynasty through Agrippa II remained client kings of neighbouring territories until 96 CE. Roman rule over Jerusalem and the region was challenged in the First Jewish–Roman War, which ended with a Roman victory. The Second Temple was destroyed in 70 CE, and the entire city was destroyed in the war. The contemporary Jewish historian Josephus wrote that the city "was so thoroughly razed to the ground by those that demolished it to its foundations, that nothing was left that could ever persuade visitors that it had once been a place of habitation.

Israel was born

The Jewish people had struggled to return to the Land of Israel and re-establish their home… thus the start of the war of independence . In 1946 Israel fought along the entire, long border of the country: against Lebanon and Syria in the north; Iraq and Jordan – in the east; Egypt and Sudan – in the south; and Palestinians and volunteers from Arab countries in the interior of the country. Because Israel is favored by God, they were able to defeat these countries in a miraculous way.

The victory started the world’s recognition to Israel’s existence. In 1948 the U.N. General assembly gathered to vote to declare Israel as in Indepedence Nation. The Arab Countries lobbied with their allies to oppose the declaration resulting to a tie of votes. To break the tie, the President of the United Nations must vote. Philippine President Manuel Roxas played a crucial role by instructing Carlos P. Romulo who was the President of the U.N. that time to vote in favor of the independence of Israel inspite of pressures from many nations as many were against it.

Historical Background

When Adolf Hitler became the chancellor of Germany in January 1933, he initiated the killing of almost six million Jews.

More than a thousand of German and Austrian Jews escaped to the Philippines when no other country accepted them. The rescue strategy was decided while playing cards and smoking cigars by three men: President Manuel L. Quezon, Paul McNutt and Herbert Frieder.[2] President Quezon opened the country's doors to the fleeing refugees as "it was the right thing to do". McNutt, who was the American High Commissioner to the Philippines, jeopardized his career as he persuaded the US government to issue thousands of working visas for the Jews, while the Frieder brothers, provided jobs in their own cigarette factory. He and his brothers also raised money for the Jews' transport to Manila and established shelters and schools.

Establishment of Relationship

In 1947, the Philippines was one of the 33 countries and the only Asian country who voted for the UN Resolution 181 referring to the [3] partition of Palestine and the creation of the State of Israel. A Treaty of Friendship was signed on February 26, 1958 indicating full diplomatic relations between the two nations. The Philippine and Israel embassies were both opened in 1962, in Manila and Tel Aviv respectively. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by both countries in 1997, establishing bilateral ties in economy, education, trade, science, and tourism.

Today

The good relations and cooperation between the State of Israel and the Republic of the Philippines is continuously growing. Various agreements between the countries have been signed and are being operated.[4] The most recently signed agreement is the “Air Service Agreement” in which the number of flights was increased. The agreement also enabled Tel Aviv to be a stopover point on flights to Europe.

Dispensations

The word “dispensation” from the Greek “oikonomia” refers to “the management of a household or household affairs; specifically, the management or oversight, of other’s property; the office of the manager or overseer; administration; dispensation; economy. It came from the root word, “oikonomos” i.e. a steward, manager, superintendent; treasurer, governor; a house distributor; or overseer, preacher (of the Gospel).

The method or scheme according to which God carries out his purposes towards men is called a dispensation. There are usually reckoned three dispensations, the Patriarchal, the Mosaic or Jewish, and the Christian. (See COVENANT, Administration of.) These were so many stages in God's unfolding of his purpose of grace toward men. The word is not found with this meaning in Scripture.

A commission to preach the gospel ( 1 Corinthians 9:17 ; Ephesians 1:10 ; 3:2 ; Colossians 1:25 ).

Dispensations of Providence are providential events which affect men either in the way of mercy or of judgement – M.G. Easton.

According to Charles Ryrie on Dispensationalism, there are Seven (7) Dispensations:

  1. Dispensation of Innocence

  2. Dispensation of Conscience

  3. Dispensation of Human Government

  4. Dispensation of Promise

  5. Dispensation of Law

  6. Dispensation of Grace (Church Age)

  7. Dispensation of Millennial Kingdom
