“Angels”

With the series of earthquakes in Mindanao, the ASF or African Swine Fever that devastate our agriculture, and the flood that hits Cagayan Valley in recent weeks, are they man-made, a mere scientific phenomenon brought by global warming or an angelic-visitations?

 

Those thoughts came into my mind for a reason. How will you assess these things that are harrowing our nation?

I am praying that there will be an angelica visitation before I could finish this writing on angels. Unfortunately, we can control them though we can command them at times.

 

My Devotion yesterday, November 4 on a Monday morning, reads:

Mark 13:27, “And He will send out his angels to gather his chosen ones from all over the world – from the farthest ends of the earth and heavens.”

 

 

 

Bad omen

The ASF, the series of earthquakes in Mindanao, the flood and some others, are they signs like bad omen from heavens of God? If yes, can we understand them? Then how shall we pray for the Philippines?

The legion

Even Christ encountered fallen angels if not depraved spiritual beings in the form of demons. So they begged Him, “What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most High God?,“ (Mark 5:7).

 

That corporate-demon named Legion seeks embodiment so instead of taking human body as their haven they asked Christ authority to go the pigs instead. They were 2,000 pigs were choked to death at the sea (Mark 5:13) as a result of this demonic possession. The spirit is obvious – the spirit of suicide or self-destruction and the spirit of death (Thanatos).

The Roman legion is composed of 6,826 subdivided into two groups: 6,100 foot soldiers and 726 horsemen): Legion is a Roman REGIMENT which is a military unit (Mark 5:9-13).

 

Question. Is it possible that the so-called “Operation Tokhang:” which is the PNP’s anti-drug campaign is related to Thanatos, the Greek “god of death?”

 

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet in June said that "even the officially confirmed number of 5,425 deaths would be a matter of most serious concern for any country,” as reported by Philippine Star dated November 11, 2019. How shall we pray for the government anti-drug campaign to minimize death-casulaties?

 

 

 

David, sinned

Even David, sinned when he took a census on his fighting men and chariots.

 

David called as “a man after God’s own heart” was not spared from being disciplined. When the king was aggravated with pride and arrogance and took a census that displeased God, what follows next is a plague or pestilence. Is ASF is related to this?

 

“So the LORD sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beersheba seventy thousand men …And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it,” - 2 Samuel 24:15-16

 

“Pestilence” in Hebrew “deber” p means “plague, cattle-disease, murrain.” How is dengue now which is the nation’s No. 1 killer plague? How this is related to the national leadership? And how this is related in today’s ASF (African swine fever), is there any connection?

 

 

 

Earthquakes

Two men of God namely Pastor Joe Sweet and Bruce Allen talked about angels sometime on October 13-15, 2019 at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City during Intercessors for the Philippines or IFP’s “Feast of Tabernacles.” What followed after that are series of earthquakes in the Philippines particularly in Mindanao. Any relation with the recent successive earthquakes particularly in Mindanao now?


During our visit in Ontario, Canada on June 28, 2019 prophet Sadhu prophesied that “God will visit Canada.” When I heard that fear ran through my sinews while the local Canadians shouted in jubilation. WHY? For me the word “visitation” has two-fold connotations: blessing or a curse..

When God was so angry with the city of Ariel also named as Jerusalem, the Lord promised that the city will be “visited with thunder and earthquake and with great noise of storm and tempest,” (Isaiah 29:6).

 

The word “visit “ in Hebrew “paqad” means “to reckon.” In Strong Bible Dictionary, one of the definition of “reckon” means “punishment.”

 

Is it the series of earthquakes from Mindanao is a form of visitation? A warning or punishment?



Who is the one?

When God is angry, who is the one that could pacify him to suspend his judgment and wrath?

“Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth, ” 2 Samuel 22:8

“And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed,” - Acts 16:26



And I sought for a man among them, that should build up the wall, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none – Ezekiel 22:30

Yes, only an intercessor or one who could stand in the gap that could change God’s mind.

Will you be the one? 



In Arabia

On October 31, 1989, the 9-feet tall angel appeared inside my room in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This angel resembles the well-chiseled face countenance of a Greek’s god whose wavy hair extends to his shoulders is painted with golden shades.



Prior to his appearance the Lord has been telling me as early as May that year to resign from my secular job to do the work time ministry but I consistently contested the Lord’s will. For three consecutive days, the Lord was talking but on the 3rd day, He sent an angel.

This angel jumped on me and we fought right on my bed. And the rest is history.

 

It is from there on that angelic-visitation that I made a serious decision and tendered my immediate job resignation on the next day, November 1, 1989.

 

Kneeling position

 

I was on kneeling-position at around past 4:00 in the morning on early 1998 while I wa praying and worshipping the Lord. From there I saw two angels on my both sides while my eyes were shut down. Till I decided to open my eyes to see them more on the physical realm but the Spirit of the Lord warned, “When you will open your eyes, they will be gone.” So I prompted to follow the Spirit of God rather than what my flesh tells me.

 

I said to these two angels never to touch me but I have not yet finished saying what I wanted to say, both angels came to my side and held me on my arms and brought me to the heavens. We’re cruising the space like a speed of light and it is like a thousand years in a second or a second is like a thousand years. Eternity is endless and it cannot be estimated. Then these two angels brought me before the throne of Christ. Jesus said to me, “What do you want?” From there I said, “Lord, give us not less than 1,000 sq.meter lot to put up a Church.” Four months later, we had what I asked for.



The Church’s lot and building is a result from the Lord’s angelic visitation.

Angels

Even to a non-believer, appearance of an angel is without restriction. An angel appeared to Hagar, an Egyptian bondmaid of Sarai (Genesis 16:7-9) then what more to a believer of the Lord? Well that angel gave a specific direction to Hagar what to do. So it is directional then as far as Hagar is concern.

But sad that some Evangelical Christians today no longer believes in angels. Should you have seen one or spoken to one, you can be scoffed as if you’re insane if not, demonized. Am I?

 

On October 4, 2019 (Tuesday); Cuneta Astrodome, IFP’s Feast of Tabernacle, Joe Sweet said:

 

“Matthew 28:2 after the resurrection of Christ, “And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.” The place shook. Why shook? Because God answered their prayers.1994 remember that Toronto, Canada? Psalm 103:20, “Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. “

 

Hours after he said that, the earth shook in Mindanao. An series of earthquake followed after that. A coincidence? Or a mere scientific phenomenon?

 

 

What they do?

Angels, what they do?

  • Ministered to Hagar and her child Ismail (Gen. 16:7)

  • To execute judgment to the city of Sodom and Gomorrah and to rescue Lot due from Abraham’s intercession Gen. 19:1,15)

  • To look and search for Isaac’s wife (Gen. 24:7)

  • Angels appeared to Jacob in a vision ((Gen.28:12) and he was ministered by angel ((Gen. 32:1)

  • Angel rebuked Balaam, a non -Jewish (Num. 22:35)

  • Angel appeared to Gideon to confirm his call saying, “mighty man of valor” (Judges 6:22)

  • To proclaim discipline if not judgment. 2 Samuel 24:15-16, “So the LORD sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning…. And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it,”

  • Angels are “chariots of God” (Psalm 68:17)

  • They are “ministers.” “Angels spirits, His ministers a flaming fire,” (Psalm 104:4; Heb. 1:7)

  • Daniel 3:28, 6:22 “Nebuchadnezzar saw the angel who rescued three young men”

  • Daniel saw Gabriel in a vision (Dan. 9:21)

  • Michael, one of the chief princes appeared to Daniel (Dan. 10:13-21)

  • Angel appeared to Joseph when he was contemplating to divorce Mary (Matt. 1:20)

  • “His angels to take charge over thee” (Matt. 4:6)

  • Jesus ministered by angels in the desert (Matt. 4:11)

  • Angel appeared to Zacharias to give direction to the life of his son, John the Baptist (Luke 1:11-12)

  • The angel appeared to Mary” (Luke 1:30)

  • They are rescuers. Angel rescued the disciples (Acts 5:19)

  • They are God’s messengers. “Words spoken by the angels” (Heb. 2:2)

  • Christian believers directed to “entertain angels” (Heb. 13:2). To Abraham, he even offered them a place to rest and prepared a meal for them as well.

 

 

 

End times

What angels’ assignment on the end times?

  • Book of Revelation is “signified” or “signed” by an angel (Rev. 1:1)

  • “The seven stars are the angels” who guards the Seven Churches of Asia(Rev.1:20)

  • Even occult or apostate church has angel-on-assignment. There is an angel assigned to the “Church of Satan” called Pergamos where it is written on Revelation 2:12, “where seat of Satan is”

  • The Presence and Glory of God is associated with the “voice of many angels” (Rev. 5:11)

  • Angels are world-avengers. “Four angels standing on the four corners of the earth… angels to hurt ” (Rev. 7:1-2)

  • Angels are heralders like a warning -devices in the end times. “Three angels to sound” (Rev. 8:13)

 

 

 

If you don’t believe on angels you must not be a firm believer of God and His WORD. As simple as that.
