Pastoral Chairmen

District 6
Province of Pangasinan

Dear Pastoral Chairman:

This is in connection with today’s meeting of pastors in District 6 of Pangasinan which was held in our church, Christ the Living Stone Fellowship (CLSF) Inc. in Rosales.

I exhorted the pastors what has been inspired by the power of God to this young boy whom I met personally in the Committee Hearing of Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity & Expressions (SOGIE) for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgenders (LGBT) in the House of Representatives sometime on August, 2014. He was there as a mere audience.

A day before I left to Malaysia on July 24, 2019, this same boy who grown up 4 years more by now has been transformed by God to be morally responsible and socially relevant on certain issues concerning this nation. On his text message that day, it reads:

Good evening, Pastor Peps!

I sent to your email a copy of our two position papers:General sentiments on SOGIE Ordinance in Marikina, section by section, position and proposed amendment on the ordinanceThe City Council received our Position Paper, the first one. Some members realized they made a mistake for not conducting a public hearing where we are invited, because it was passed without notice. Then, the city council members said while repeal and amendments are two options, they would still try an amendment so as not to embarrass the mayor and their former colleagues in the council.

After I have given my moral and constitutional stand against SOGIE Bill on 2014, this boy who was once approached me and he understood my social advocacy and principle as a Christian, sponsored Signature Campaigns, spoke at rallies on the streets, became resource speaker in the House of Representatives whose position is to go against SOGIE Bill and related bills like “Civil Partnership” (same-sex marriage).

Obed dela Cruz, now a student taking up his second degree in UP Diliman, College of Law is still on the fighting mood for his CITY of MARIKINA

Just for five (5) years, this boy has been transformed as a man dressed in godly, spiritual battle gears whose fighting mood still strong on his ground. What about us as pastors or members of the religious sector?

Jesus said, “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Ye blind guides, which strain (sting) at a gnat (fly), and swallow a camel,“ - Matthew 23:23-24.

The worst thing that can happen to a pastor is when he cannot live his talk or when he does the opposite of what he preaches. That makes him a blind guide.

Can’t we leave our pulpit as stage like a performer in the meantime and “do not omit the weightier matters of law?” If the former boy Obed can level himself up, why can’t we?

I personally inviting the following chairman/chairmen/ representative/s:

  • Rosales:Pastor VicDisono

  • Balungao: Pastor Michael Padilla

  • Umingan:PastorNelson Pascua

  • San Quintin: Pastor Chiqui Acosta

  • Natividad: Hon. Mateo Briones

  • San Nicolas: Danny Caranto and Pastor Roland Soliven

  • Tayug :Romeo Dela Cruz

  • Sta. Maria: Carlos Macaraeg

  • Asingan: Pastor Arnel Bautista

  • San Manuel: PastoraAurea Untalan

to attend the next District 6 Meeting on SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 (SATURDAY); at 9:00 A.M. in Christ the Living Stone Fellowship at Tomana West, Rosales, Pangasinan.

Why District 6 of Pangasinan Association for?

Enclosed herewith legal papers on a socially-relevant matters that pertains with Matthew 23:23-24 thus accusing the religious sector, the Sanhedrin or as “hypocrites” and “blind guides

for “omitting the weightier matters of law.”

Yours truly,

In Christ,

Augusto A. Kho
